exquisite stay
fine entrance superb service scenic view attentive staff
The entrance and drive to the hotel impressed me right away. the lobby reflected the outside scenery. I appreciated that. the staff provided superb service, always attentive. i enjoyed rooms overlooking the surrounding mountains.
One elevator was broken . That caused some delays.

breakfast had a great selection and the service staff were excellent. i found the coffee delectable. the hotel also features a grill restaurant and a lobby bar, so there is no need to search for a restaurant elsewhere.

inconsistent service overshadowed the stay
unclean room worn bathrobe
the breakfast was quite nice it included a variety of options.
the room was not particularly clean i found medication from previous guests. i received only one small bottle of water for two people this was insufficient. the bathrobe was worn and was quite old a sauna and ice bath were out of service.

A Balanced Stay

The breakfast had a variety of fresh products. The spa center was clean and well kept. I found the bed comfortable. I also appreciated the spacious room with a terrace (it faced south, I believe).
One of the elevators was out of service . I waited 20 minutes for a hot dog I ordered at the Kamin bar. I requested house water one morning, but it was never delivered. I wish the service would be more efficient (and there was also zero entertainment ).

mountain views clean spa prompt staff
the location provided fine views of the surrounding mountains. the spa was very clean, and i found the sauna especially relaxing. i appreciated the hotel staff's promptness in addressing requests.
the parking fee was expensive!
